At BEACHFOOT we aim to always have available a full range of products. From time to time it may arise that we are unable to supply particular items. When a product is no longer available or sold out it will be excluded from purchase on our website. If an order is placed that we cannot fulfil we will contact you and provide alternative purchase options or offer a full refund.

If there are any issues with the quality of your product when delivered we will be happy to either replace it or refund your money. Please refer below to our returns policy.

How do I return an item(s)?

To return a faulty towel, please include the delivery slip you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days unused and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, including delivery, or hold a credit against your details for future purchases. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated. Send to: BEACHFOOT International PO BOX 444 SURRY HILLS NSW 2010.

Can I exchange a product(s)?

Yes. If you change your mind we are happy to exchange, providing the product is returned in its original condition.

Pricing and Currency

Transactions are completed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). All prices listed on the BEACHFOOT website include GST. If you are placing an order via credit card from outside Australia, your bank will automatically convert the sale into Australian dollars when the transaction is completed. Their conversion is based on the daily exchange rate. Banks and credit providers may add a 'currency conversion fee', generally around 1% of the transaction. Contact your bank or credit provider for full details on their policy regarding currency conversion and associated fees. The amount that appears on your credit card statement may be a slight variation of the estimated cost.
The fee applied to your credit card is made in Australian Dollars, and the final conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider. For this reason, we regret that we are unable to take any responsibility if the final amount charged to your credit card differs.
The prices do not include import duties and charges that may be incurred upon entering the country of destination. It is not our responsibility for these charges and although the likelihood of incurring them is small we do encourage you to consult your local customs office for possible charges that may result.

Payment is made via the BEACHFOOTdirect.com payment gateway using Visa .The seller's payment gateway is operated securely by NAB National Australia Bank Limited (ABN 12 004 044 937).

All purchases are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST, unless otherwise stated
